Wholesale Terms (Summary)

Orders are wholesale only. Minimum order is 2,000 pieces per style unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are EXW mainland China. Payment is full payment or deposit plus balance before pickup; no credit terms. Payment is received by our mainland China company. Samples, lead times, and deposits follow the commercial offer then in force. This page is a summary stub, not a complete contract — the written quotation and sales confirmation control.
